We are aligned to Client’s BPO, and is integral part of the growth strategy for Client’s BPO Solutions.  - Chartered as a Product Development team, the Base team has created multiple products to drive the growth of WBPO services, helping Client’s achieve Leadership status in Gartner's Magic Quadrants.  With more than 300 people, a blend of consulting, engineering and sales experience, from industry leading brands like Microsoft and Yahoo!, the Base team has with 5000+ users across 22 customers in 8 countries, and having filed 13 patents, the Base team exhibits a true entrepreneurial spirit in its work-culture and provides a fast paced environment.  - The key teams within the group are Business Development & Solution Consulting, Product Management, Product Development and Support.  Being part of small and entrepreneurial team within the umbrella of a large Client’s Organization offers our employees the opportunity to shape product development, in addition to client acquisition through consultative sales efforts.  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Leading and managing Pre sales, Post-sale Solutions, Program Management and Delivery Services for Base across all Utilities opportunities in Client’s BPO both existing and new.  - Lead the Base. Utilities team from opportunity stage to contract closure including responses to RFI, RFP, RFX and all client requirements  - Lead the team to create detailed functional specifications document for specific deployments  - Program manage the entire delivery project, including managing customer expectations and get endorsements and case studies from the customer.  - Create and maintain collateral repository with most recent Utilities capability presentations, case studies, executive summaries.  Desired Skills:  - Proven track record in managing several successful business processes, customer relationship management and business planning, regional strategies for business.  - Domain Expert in the Utilities with hands-on experience on Information Technology Products,  - Sales & Pre Sales, Consulting, Solution, Business Process Management (good to have)  - Understanding of processes to identify lean, right sourcing, automation and organizational design opportunities  - Good Leadership Skills, ability to handle diverse work groups, Senior Resources, Technically Proficient teams.  - Excellent interpersonal Skills, Persuasive and ability to influence Senior Leaders and manage tough Negotiations.
