The person will be expected to manage the ad sales team for the entire Vertical. Key responsibilities will be sales - revenue generation, looking at print along with other ways of increasing revenue - through digital and other alliances or integrations.
Number of years of experience - at least 10 -12 years, with previous experience in team management - large teams, feet on street.
Key deliverables -
1. Develop a strategy to formulate sales plans for the Vertical and ensure all accounts are working to optimum capacity
2. Analyze overall sales force effectiveness and develop solutions to improve performance and resource utilization
3. Strategically allocate sales effort and resources based on vertical priorities ensuring alignment with your sales teams
4. Develop performance plan and set annual targets for your team to drive a high performance sales culture
5. Review progress of your team through regular meetings and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales team
6. Develop and monitor an efficient client relationship process through excellent service delivery to ensure continuous business growth
7. Responsible for successful closure of mid to high value deals in collaboration with the leaders
8. Evolve an efficient sales planning process by analyzing, for best returns and plan growth.
9. Monitor market and lead your team to drive new client acquisition and identify new opportunities to maximize sales
Prior Role (s)/ Work Experience Preferred -
- Preferred experience in Classified Ad Sales
