Commercial Insights Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:-
The Commercial Insight Manager - ISC supports the Commercial Organization with insights & analytics needs. The Senior Commercial Insight Manager bring market and consumer insights at the foundation of commercial strategy definition, analyzing business & market data to quantify the performance of business segments and to drive the adoption of conclusions across the organization - supporting business decisions and evaluating potential operational changes.
Key areas of responsibilities include:- Analyze commercial business data (sales, promotion, distribution, etc.) to quantify performance of business segments.
- Provide integrated performance and consumer-centric insights to guide marketing & commercial strategies and tactics in support of optimization and future business decision making.
- Be a trusted advisor to business leadership around commercial insights requirements.
- Drives the adoption of conclusions across the organization.
- Enables the democratization of data through leader-led training.
- Leverage all data sources (past and current research) to develop & share-out multisource insights syntheses that shape our category understanding. Lead regular insights share-outs that drive the consumer voice throughout the organization.
- Elevated level of expertise in technical knowledge on emerging and innovative insights and analytics techniques, tools /platforms
- Leverage the global Commercial Insights & Analytics team to deliver on full scope of required insights.
- Responsible to identify and quantify future growth opportunities.
- Responsible for preparing the reports for the Senior leadership team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:- Knowledge in respective domain
- Good knowledge of data analysis and data modeling tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analysis, synthesis and presentation skills (both visual and verbal)
- Solid knowledge and experience in both quantitative and qualitative research.
- Good familiarity with a range of research methodology from upstream to downstream marketing and market data
- Ability to lead the design, synthesis, and application of repeatable, scalable insights and analytical frameworks.
- Proven record of influencing business decisions with fact-based insights through competitive intelligence, retail intelligence and persuasive communication to drive better business outcomes.
- Proven record of accomplishment of building strong relationships across the organization and continuous improvement of processes.
