E - Commerce Marketing Manager
You have the opportunity to:
- Drives Sell Out and Market share across all E-Commerce Platforms for Philips.
- Responsible for market analysis, marketing strategy, campaign configuration, optimization & analysis to deliver the sellout OP & market share ambition by sub-category for the year. Also, responsible for ensuring high impact content, R&R, as well as advertising spend effectiveness (ROAS).
- Responsible for delivering overall high impact consumer experience across all e-commerce platforms leading to high conversions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Draws up the on-platform advertisement strategy for major and other emerging platforms.
- Aligns the marketing strategy & budget with the category team and sales team (to be in line with their primary operating plan)
- Enable agency and team to configure high impact campaigns, optimize frequently to ensure sell out delivery & market share performance at planned ROAS
- Build strong business relationships with category & marketing teams across platforms.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the e-commerce space.
- Innovate and create high impact launches on platform enabling better consumer experience for Philips across e-commerce platforms.
