The role:

- At Veritis an MSP Sales Manager is a Sales Champion and a Sales Leader who establishes professional partnerships and engages in meaningful conversations leading to business generating partnerships for Veritis.


- He/she is the one who successfully runs the program by on-boarding both the Clients and Vendors onto the platform.


- He/she is expected to operate as a Business Leader and operate a successful and profitable Business Unit (MSP) at Veritis. A Salesman, Business Leader, Mentor, Coach, Program Designer, Program Manager, P&L Head, this is someone whom we are looking for to on-board as MSP Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

- Build brand Veritis as a reputable Managed Services Provider in staffing vertical

- On-board reputed clients to the MSP and generate business to Veritis

- On-board Vendors on to the platform to ensure continuous supply of resources

- Engage with the clients regularly to "Exceed your numbers - Win new business"

- Design the program on the lines of Business Continuity model

- Ensure that the program operates on self-sustainable model

- Meet the contingent workforce requirements of the clients through partnerships with the Vendors

- Ensure timely and quality delivery of the workforce requirements of the clients

- Be a data driven individual - make data-based decisions, use Salesforce and likes for data and tracking progress

- Build, coach, mentor a team of strong business focused individuals to run the program successfully

- Be Accountable and Collaboratively run the Business Unit (MSP) Effectively

The Person:

We are keen on meeting an experienced professional,

- Who is self-motivated, data focused, go-getter and can hit the ground from Day One

- With an overall experience of 8 to 15 years in the Staffing/Recruitment industry and at least 3 years of experience in MSP environment

- A Business leader who can build and operate the business unit successfully and profitably
