The Role ;

We are looking for a motivated and experienced BD & Delivery Manager to join our Domestic Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire BD & delivery cycle for our domestic staffing services, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing the recruitment and placement process, and ensuring timely and successful service delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategies for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for domestic staffing services, including lead generation, market research, and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all staffing needs and ensuring exceptional customer service.

- Manage the recruitment and placement process for domestic staffing services, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for placement.

- Ensure timely and successful service delivery, managing client expectations and addressing any issues that arise during the staffing process.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including HR and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of domestic staffing services.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

- Build and maintain a high-performance team, providing coaching and mentoring to help team members achieve their goals.

The Person :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, HR or a related field.

- At least 7 years of experience in business development and delivery management in the domestic staffing industry.

- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and manage the recruitment and placement process.

- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of domestic staffing laws and regulations, as well as current market trends and best practices.

- Proficient in using ATS, VMS, CRM software and MS Office Suite.
