Description

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our Inside Sales associates team. The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire Inside Sales administration process. Liaise with BD/Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales. Demonstrate an understanding of customer's critical business issues and propose Verdantis- solutions that help clients meet their business objectives. Formulate Account & Sales strategies in collaboration with the Inside sales associates, BD Team & Sales Head. Achieve Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly target commitments as agreed with the Sales Leadership. Should also be able to lead and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve specific goals.

Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction all over.

Job Responsibilities :

- Primarily responsible for opening-up and developing relationships with new customers.

- Plan, design, co-write or co-author, publish, track and promote marketing content across various channels for Verdantis- solutions

- Ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying business leads through a variety of sources (e.g. LinkedIn, Lead411, cold calls, email campaign, etc.)

- Study efficiency of marketing channels and oversee sales-generating marketing budgets

- Use Inbound Lead Generation tools such as Blogs, PR and Email Marketing to hunt for new business

- Create positioning /competitive differentiation tools for Inside sales team.

- Ensure that the team has updated knowledge of new modules & products.

- Manage the inside sales associates team

- Tracking and Reporting of team key performance indicators on a Weekly, Monthly, Qtrly basis.

- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement

- Build an open-communication environment for the team

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Software BD/Sales, mandatory in Inside sales

- Excellent Verbal, Listening and Written communication skills.

- Knowledge of enterprise software products sales cycle in US environment.

- Good Analytical reasoning and problem solving skills

- Enthusiastic and High Energy Communications

- Persistent and Goal Driven
