Manager Finance Planning & Analysis

Job Objective: To be the primary POC for Reporting, Automation, and process efficiencies in Finance Function. To support the business leaders and internal finance team in evaluating business performance and take well-informed and commercially viable decisions through appropriate analytics/MIS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance Reporting and Analysis:

- Annual Budgeting, Monthly Performance Review , Variance Analysis , Forecast and Tracking

- Building and Publishing Finance dashboard capturing the business performance and KPIs for the internal stake holders and drive discussions on the same

- Monitor and analyze key financial and operational performance indicators in all areas of revenue, Margin, operating costs, marketing and capital expenditures to understand business performance

- Build Budgetary controls and tracking mechanism

Automation:

- Identify opportunities for enhancing the automation and digitization journey within the finance and business function

- Work with respective data team to build and create models that allow better analytics of financial statements.

- Should have demonstrated proven knowledge of strong Techno functional capabilities including use of BI Tools, RPA etc.

- Be a champion of digital tool adoption within the team

Others:

- Validating contracts and work on acquisition , lending and other financial transactions

- Work along with investor relations team and drive internal process to ensure effective communications with external audience

Qualification: Engineering (BE B.Tech ) and Post Graduation (MBA /PGDM - Finance & Operations)

- High Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in relatively unstructured environments

- Strong verbal and written communication

- Interpersonal skills; a team player with strong leadership and project management capabilities

- Ability to function independently, prioritize on a real-time basis and manage multiple stakeholders

- An excellent sense of financial planning and accounting principles

- Strong understanding of data analytics and front-end visualization, with drill down on the fly. Knowledge and keen interest to learn new things, including Machine Learning, Big Data analytics and automation.
