The Role :

We seek a visionary Head of School to lead our academic and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate is ambitious, experienced with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, and eager to implement innovative approaches to education while contributing to the development of a scalable model for future schools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the school's vision, ensuring excellence across academics, operations, and extracurriculars.

- Curriculum Innovation: Design and oversee a dynamic IB curriculum while fostering critical thinking and creativity.

- Faculty Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional teachers, and provide opportunities for professional growth.

- Student Achievement: Cultivate an environment that drives academic success and holistic development.

- Community Building: Strengthen ties with parents, advisors, and the broader community, ensuring inclusivity and collaboration.

- Operational Management: Oversee budgets, infrastructure, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Education, Leadership, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in academic leadership, preferably in IB or international schools.

- Proven track record of implementing innovative teaching methods and driving student success.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
