Venture Highway - Associate

The candidate will help analyze sectors and startup opportunities, participate in diligence, evaluate markets, and help manage post-investment follow-up. The functions are broadly listed below

1. Industry research & documentation along with ability to form specific views on sectors based on multiple data/information

2. Company specific analysis based on information provided and also collecting sourcing relevant information from outside sources

3. Financial modelling, analyzing cash flow statements and company metrics along with building out presentations on companies, sectors and industries

4. Coordinating/participating in due diligence activities

5. Participating in post-investment follow up including collecting & analysing companies & market performance metrics

6. Working with diverse sets of people within and outside the firm, specifically founders of VH portfolio companies

7. Creating/designing dynamic portfolio performance/sector/other need based reports for internal discussions
