Venture Development Manager

We are looking for a Venture Development Manager for Europe's leading Ecommerce Incubator specialist which has launched many successful ecommerce companies across the globe.

Job Description:-

Take responsibilities and drive all activities required to launch a new company, including:

- Verify business case and conduct market analysis

- Develop and implement company structure

- Recruit required talent

- Establish supplier strategy

- Set up logistic solutions

- Develop and execute on marketing, customer acquisition and PR strategy

- Secure IT setup

- Report directly to the CEO or Head of Project

Desired profile:

- Academic excellence

- An entrepreneurial approach to business and a strong enthusiasm for start-ups

- Top tier Strategy Consulting experience (preferably from BCG, McKinsey, Bain & Company, Booz & Company, Goldman & Sachs)

- Proven experience in exceeding onset targets

- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving and communication skills

- 100% execution-minded

- Strong interpersonal and social skills

- Positive attitude, consultative approach and self-motivation are all essential
