Job Title : Vendor Relationship Management, Program Specialist

Exp : 5 to 7, Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources or related experience preferred

- Must do Vendor program's

- Must be in Vendor Talent Acquisition (operations)

- Must manage incoming vendor requests and inquiries from Talent stakeholders and external vendors

- Must organize and assist with annual review process, collecting information, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for program changes

- Must support VRM Program Manager in regards to vendor relations and correspondence

- National Recruiting Technology team on key initiatives and provide reporting support to the VRM leader

- Must do US and India/US Procurement in order to facilitate the creation and management of vendor contracts

- Finance to pull spend reports and review for potential issues

- Effectively communicate progress to VRM Program Manager and Leader, and Talent Relationships
