About the Company:

It is an ECommerce marketplace that offers authentic products and services catering to builders, architects, interior decorators, contractors, and consumers. This platform enables OEMs and sellers of over 23+ categories and 200+ subcategories to sell their products in a marketplace that brings in a large sector of B2B, B2C, Govt and other buyers.

Job Location: Bangalore (work from office)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Mainly responsible for vendor/seller onboarding into the ecommerce platform.

- Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion of sellers onboarding.

- This role will be responsible for driving sales through ecommerce platform for various categories.

- Responsible for top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to achieve P&L goals.

- Develop processes and procedures to drive customer retention.

- Involve in negotiation with all vendor buying agreements between the company and respective suppliers.

- Work closely with Suppliers, majorly Brands and engage them in Joint Business Plans with a promise of growth and scale.

- Monitoring product lifecycle of every product in the category and take early calls for opportunity maximization.

- Accurately forecasting trends, planning stock and monitoring performance.

- Planning and developing the product range and finalizing the pricing strategy for products.

- Selecting products for advertising through online paid channels, social media etc., while ensuring pricing accuracy.

- Management of topline and bottom line (P&L), product returns and inventory mix.

Industry Preference:

Paints, Plywood/MDF, Laminates, Electrical, Hardware, Plumbing, Furniture, Security Products, Safety Products, Electronics Industry.

Required Skillset:

- Should have 5+ years of experience in Category/Vendor Management in E-Commerce sector.

- Must have excellent experience in Seller onboarding.

- Front end Business Development experience is a must.

- Willingness to travel and with readymade market connect.

- Must be agile & dynamic
