Job Description:
- Identify talent fulfilment suppliers in the markets
- Responsible in negotiation and onboarding right suppliers for full-time placement, sub-contracting, and various engagement as per requirements
- Liaising with Senior leadership, Vertical heads, Recruitment managers on demand fulfilment periodically and suggest strategies for fulfilment.
- Responsible for setting up KRA, SLAs, Penalties on non-fulfilment, and closing necessary documentation with the supplier.
- Build strong connect with finance, legal, accounts payable, and procurement teams with ability to resolve differences and act as arbitration authority during disputes with suppliers, if any.
- Evaluate existing supplier performance and maintain right basket of suppliers at any given point in time.
- Have a good external network and ability to bring in new suppliers and negotiate contracts towards fulfilment of the demand.
- Drive optimization of Contingent Workforce program through project management, as required.
- Driving small to mid-scale projects as assigned, towards continuous improvement and build best-in-class vendor eco-system.
- Extract, formulate and analyse data upon request and to guide project decision making
- Develop professional presentations to communicate project objectives, status and outcomes
- Plan, schedule and facilitate Business Reviews as required.
- Plan, schedule and facilitate Supplier Summits & Supplier recognition.
- Engage global stakeholders to achieve results.
- Recognize and escalate program risks
- Maintain high personal integrity and ethics
