- Vendor On-boarding and Vendor Assessment for Asia Pacific region
- Managing vendor Contracts/SLA and tracking their deliverables on monthly basis.
- Maintaining updated Vendor databases like Escalation matrix, Support details, SLA documents, Warranty etc.
- Scheduling monthly review meetings, MoM Creation and Tracking Actions
- Act as SPOC for all vendor escalations
- Production of Monthly vendor call analysis report.
- Work closely with Solutions and Multi country Payroll Outsourcing heads on Vendor related activities
- Negotiate rates with vendors ensuring that you secure the best possible rates inline with the company's buying policy.
Desired Skills :
- 5-10 years experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Comfortable owning projects without hand holding
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Good judgment for managing vendors in various countries
- Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
