Learning and Development Manager


Responsibilities :


- Responsible for setting up the Training & Development function for the organization.

- Create a competency dictionary for all levels Develop and implement procedure for Training & Development and Competency & Skills mapping.

- Conduct intense Training Need Identification process for the entire organization.

- Collaborate with the Department Heads to understand the L&D requirements.

- Design a Training Calendar for the entire year and deliver programs as per the training calendar.

- Identify training vendors as per the training requirements that exists in the organization.

- Extensive knowledge in creating content, instructional design, training delivery and training effectiveness.

- Create a training budget and ensure the trainings are well within the budget.

- Maintain training data of all the training programs conducted.

- Maintaining a keen understanding of learning & development trends, developments and best practices.

- Monitoring and evaluation of both structured and informal methods used; making continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate.

- Expertise in creating e-learning modules, classroom programs and knowledge sharing sessions

- Driving and facilitating the implementation of the L&D Plan to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes; providing thought leadership around program design and delivery.

- Demonstrated success in implementing innovative training techniques and learning technologies, in multiple areas including managerial and leadership development areas.

- Exposure to authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development systems, tools and resources.

Who can apply:

- MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute

- Must have at least 15 years of relevant experience and a good understanding of L&D systems and processes, instructional design, content development, training delivery, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
