Qualification: -
- BBA / MBA from a recognized Business school
- Around 2 years of Institutional Sales experience in the FMCG / vending space or beyond (vending, hospitality, banking, travel, software, employee Benefits, IFM) .
- Someone who has a good understanding & base of enterprise account acquisition at regional. Client management and portfolio extension is an important part of the role.
Jod Role :
1. New Business Targets (adoption of sales tool kit, show and sell method & sector focused approach. Ensure a systematic approach to the entire sales process.)
2.Key objective will be to acquire regional accounts across focus sectors :
A. Identified Regional Accounts / Enterprise accounts across sectors -
i) Manufacturing
ii) PSU & Government
iii) Healthcare
iv) Co Working & Co Living
v) Educational ( Schools & Colleges )
vi) Corporates ( Sub sectors - BFSI, Telecom, E-commerce, Logistics, Pharma )
B. Regional Accounts of National Aggregators - potential opportunities.
3.The job will require the candidate to have a strong Relationship Management skill along with good presentation and data management understanding.
4.Market mapping, database adequacy & robust funnel management for respective focus sectors.
5.Competitive intelligence & mapping of competition clients.
