About the Job:

- Vendasta is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Services to lead our Content Creation, SEO Content, Blog & Website Copywriting, and Social Media Fulfillment teams. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality content services while driving efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee execution of SEO-optimized, engaging, and conversion-driven content for websites, blogs, and social media.

- Develop and implement content strategies that enhance partner retention and SMB success.

- Optimize content production workflows, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.

- Resolve content-related customer concerns and improve service fulfillment processes.

- Support Sales (BDRs & SDRs) by providing expertise on content solutions and proposal crafting.

- Lead and mentor Content Fulfillment Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Conduct hiring, onboarding, and professional development for content teams.

- Champion AI and automation tools to streamline content workflows.

- Track and analyze KPIs related to content engagement, fulfillment efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- Align content services with Vendasta's technology, marketing strategies, and AI-driven solutions.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, social media strategy, and digital copywriting.

- Experience managing content production workflows, AI-assisted content tools, and editorial processes.

- Ability to analyze and improve KPIs related to content performance and efficiency.

- Expertise in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.

- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and financial management for content services.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

- Adaptability to industry trends, technology advancements, and evolving customer expectations.
