Trainer - Learning and Development
Responsibilities :
- Create customize training programs at the functional level
- Conduct and review training needs analysis and knowledge gap analysis.
- Involve in the training program on a day-to-day basis.
- Conceptualize & develop Training Content, Assessment, and other tools as per business needs, etc.
- Plan and execute a Training program for new joinees, bottom performers and ensure quality
- Maintain the quality scores as the company's benchmarks
- Drive the key metric for Quality and Training.
Basic Qualifications:- 5+ years delivering instructor-led curriculum
- Experience working with industry standard Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track and measuring training results and learning effectiveness
- Experience managing the review and quality assurance processes for training content and materials
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members in a global environment
- Experience analyzing and presenting essential training and performance metrics using tools like Microsoft Excel
- Experience developing and implementing department goals and strategies based on broader organization goals
