Velocitai Digital is a startup founded with a premise to design bleeding edge for full-service Digital Commerce solutions for brands who want to go Direct-2-Consumers (D2C). Our vision is to start with services and create SaaS based products in parallel, thereby creating an ecosystem that provides for an integrated suite of solutions for eRetailers. Velocitai has partnered with one of UK's leading marketplace retailers and wholesale suppliers (with a product line spanning across home &amp; outdoors, baby products, storage products and DIY tools) to create and implement a holistic D2C strategy. - To enable, this we are looking to on-board an engineering leader, a passionate technology professional, who is looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity. - This is a senior position and will be a part of the core management team. - For the right candidate, the role can be changed to a co-founder as well.- The position carries minimal salary, but an attractive equity component. The founders immensely value the founding team members and are committed to creating wealth for the founding team who become a part of the journey. - This is a hands-on role, who will lead from the front and create the technology organization from scratch. - In due course of time, as the technology team expands, you will need to create your own org chart and mentor people to become your force multipliers. About founders: The CEO and co-founder comes with 20+ years of experience in new-age retail &amp; Fintech startups and senior roles with leading Wall Street banks and financial services firms like Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, in New York, London, Singapore and Gurgaon. The other co-founder, is an UI/UX veteran with 17+ years of experience recently with startups in New York and in the former part of her career, has been a part of e-commerce evolution in India, having worked with Naukri.com, and ibibo.com Both founders quit their immensely fulfilling careers to embark on their entrepreneurship journey, backing it up with decades of technology, business and operations experience.
