We are hiring for role of Enterprise sales IT Account Manager for Bangalore location.(WFO) Person should be ready to travel to US and Singapore client twice in a month.


Position Overview:


- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our IT sales initiatives within the enterprise segment, focusing on driving revenue growth through strategic sales strategies, client relationship management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the enterprise sector.

- Lead a team of IT sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on our product offerings.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with enterprise clients.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

- Ensure sales activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.

- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in enterprise sales and IT sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of IT products and services, particularly in [mention specific technologies or industries relevant to your company].

- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
