Role Expectations:

- Contribute to the preparation of financial forecasts and monthly reports for ecommerce and modern trade channels, analyzing sales trends and financial performance to drive profitability improvements.

- Support the management of receivables ageing, ensuring timely collections from ecommerce and modern trade customers, and track debtor balances for accurate financial reporting while minimizing outstanding amounts.

- Reconcile customer accounts regularly to ensure all transactions, payments, and credits are accurately reflected.

- Work with the channel partners to resolve any discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of outstanding balances and maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Oversee the BTL provision booking process, ensuring alignment with the monthly plan.

- Track and report on BTL expenditures, providing analysis of spend effectiveness in relation to the budget.

- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate financial representation.

- Assist in reviewing and validating revenue-related transactions, including discounts, rebates, and promotional activities, ensuring they are accounted for properly.

- Work closely with business finance lead and help assess the financial impact of promotional initiatives and customer deals.

- Support efforts to track margins and identify opportunities for cost savings across ecommerce and modern trade channels.

- Assist in analyzing profitability and financial efficiency within these areas.

- Provide ongoing support to the finance team, including conducting ad hoc financial analysis and generating reports as needed.

Role Specifications:

Qualification & Experience:

- Qualified CA

- 1 to 3 Years of Experience (preferably in commercial finance, category finance or FP&A)

- Industry preference - FMCG, Ecommerce retail, D2C

- Exposure to SAP, analytics platforms

- Advanced Excel Skill
