Job description:

- Engage a lead continuously throughout the customer life cycle

- Managing customer lifecycle right through acquisition stage all the way

- Should have a good technical understanding of education industry, admissions, lead generation, e-

learning and other digital education products. (Can be compromised for non-industry candidates with

relevant experience)

- Anticipate customer needs, provide them service & constantly seek new ways to create interest in the

company products and services

- Should be able to handle front office and office Admin responsibilities also

- Proficient in use of MS Excel and Google Sheets

Education and Skills:

- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills

- Must have handled a prominent CRM in their earlier roles

- Fluent in English language

- Graduate/PG with sound education background
