We are looking for a Senior Manager-Human Resources, to work directly with CEO on critical hiring. Candidate should specialise in strategic and senior management hiring.
Key Responsibilities
1) Understand the key and strategic hiring objectives of the organisation
2) Create a candidate persona and write JD for each open position
3) Identify prospective candidates using multiple channels
4) Conduct confidential interviews and discussions with prospects
5) Build a positive image of the organisation with the prospects
6) Follow-up references and run the background checks on the credits/merits of the candidates
7) Document and manage the shortlisted candidates
8) Present detailed candidate profile summaries
Education and Skills1) Experience of strategic and leadership hiring is must
2) Should be able to work closely with CXO levels directly
3) Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
4) Organised and methodical in approach to maintaining documentation and reporting
5) 5-7 years of relevant experience in recruitment, hiring, strategic hiring, leadership hiring and talent acquisition
6) Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA with sound education background
