Job description:


Job Profile:


To Manage the Employee Database, Recruitment, releasing offer letters, Background Verification, Joining & Exit Formalities, Induction, Payroll Management, Leave Management, MIS Reports, Full and final Settlements & Employee Engagement, Provident Fund, ESI, UAN & statutory requirements.


Roles & Responsibilities:


- End to End Recruitment process Sourcing & Screening candidates using various job portals.


- Conducting interviews and shortlisting Candidates based on the manpower requirements.


- Conducting Employee Onboarding process and joining formalities for new joiners


- Maintaining all personnel files and databases.


- Employee Engagement & Grievances Handling


- Preparing & Consolidating Attendance & Payroll Management of all employees.


- Maintaining Recruitment Tracker and MIS


- Ensure proper maintenance of Employee Database Management System


- Coordinate with the accounts department for Effective Implementation of Statutory Compliances by providing the necessary payroll data.


- Must have complete knowledge in processes like ESI / PF and other statutory requirements.


- Liaising with other department so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives


- Conduct Exit Formalities for employees and prepare the Full & Final Settlement process as per the policy.


Required Skillset:


- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication


- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)


- Knowledge in Vlookup & Hlookup


- Knowledge of HRMS


- Team Player


- Candidate with immediate joining or short notice period will be highly preferred.


- Only Male Candidates preferred.
