Overview:

As a Training Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees within the organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives and support employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

- Develop comprehensive training programs that address the needs of various departments and job roles within the Supply Chain team.

- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and prioritize learning objectives.

- Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other instructional resources.

Training Delivery:

- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels, utilizing a variety of delivery methods and techniques.

- Ensure engaging and interactive training experiences that promote active learning and knowledge retention.

- Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, adapting delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.

- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant registration.

- Maintain training records and documentation, tracking attendance, evaluations, and certifications.

Performance Evaluation and Feedback:

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics.

- Analyze training data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

- Provide constructive feedback to trainers and adjust training strategies as needed to address identified areas for enhancement.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.

- Continuously update and enhance training materials and methodologies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in training delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in the Training domain in Supply Chain.

-Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) preferred.

- Experience in delivering Process & Systems training to ground teams.

- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a corporate environment.

- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training methodologies.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel occasionally to deliver training sessions at various locations.

- Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including evenings or weekends, to meet the needs of employees in different time zones or shifts.
