Godrej, Reliance, ITC, Microsoft etc.

The company has raised US$46M in its Series C primary and secondary funding in January 2024. This new funding round has been led by GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, with significant participation from existing investor Prosus Ventures and continued support from Matrix Partners India, Elevation Capital, and Lightspeed.

Job Title : Supply Chain Network Design Specialist, National Logistics

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the logistic network design for various business channels of Vegrow's agile and seasonal supply chain

- Create optimized shipment routes considering the distance, time, traffic, customer requirements, and other factors

- Utilize advanced modelling and simulation techniques to evaluate various network design scenarios and their potential impact on key performance metrics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, logistics, procurement, and finance to align network design initiatives with business objectives and operational constraints

- Leverage supply chain technology tools and software solutions to support network design activities, data analysis, and decision-making processes.

- Work with tech team to integrate design solutions with current tech-systems to enable optimization at scale

- Gather, interpret relevant data (costs, productivity, logistics nodes in the supply chain network, demand patterns, etc.) and conduct analysis with the goal of improving the organisation's order to delivery TAT and On time delivery

- Monitor and track route performance, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments

- Communicate network design strategies, findings, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, fostering alignment and support for implementation efforts.

- Maintain thorough documentation of network design analyses, models, and recommendations, and provide regular reports to management on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from Tier 1 /2 colleges. MBA in operations/supply chain management is preferred.

- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain network design, optimization, and modelling.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data sets, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.

- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
