Job Description

Position- Manager Operation Design

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop function roadmap considering business and operations priorities and depute team accordingly to achieve the targets.

2. Develop and implement SOPs for across the supply chain operation threads.

3. Identify and lead Safety/quality/delivery/cost optimization projects

4. Implement lean six sigma tools like TMS, VSM etc to optimize the processes

5. Prepare and present departmental weekly, monthly updates to the management

6. Contentiously work on team upskilling

Expectations:

- Engineering graduate with min 5-7 years of experience in operations design, project management, lean manufacturing etc

- Proven experience in cost optimization projects

- Excellent in problem solving, internal/external negotiations

- Experience in team handling

- Certification like six sigma, lean manufacturing, project management

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Comfortable in travelling
