Role :


City head is accountable for sales and distribution in the city of Vegrow's assortment of Fruits. He/ She will work in close coordination with Operations, Quality and Demand team - to ensure regular customer-acquisition, fill-rates, relationship management with retailers & their growth. Along with this, he/ she will drive the P&L of the entire business of a city.

Desired Skills:

- Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills.

- Analyse growth metrics, draw inferences, and execute improvement actions - plan expansion strategies basis growing demand.

- Show super strong competency in delivering result, bias for actions, dive deep, ownership, earn trust and customer obsession.

- Curious, proactive, practical, and solution-oriented with "Go Getter" attitude.

- Good logical thinking, strong data analysis skills and problem-solving skills.

- Proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and driving results.

Key Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of Sales Experience in FMCG, e-commerce (or equivalent)

- Fruits experience not compulsory - but will be preferred.

- Experience in handling a large multi-tiered team.

- Looking for hands-on leader who is willing to get his/her hands dirty.

- Proficiency in Telugu, English

- Top Tier UG/ PG [IITs, IIMs, NITs preferred]
