Lead US IT Talent Acquisition
- Leading a team of recruiters to fulfill the client requirements.
- Decent understanding of information technology systems.
- Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams.
- Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients.
- Should be able to handle a team of 3-4 Recruiters
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for the Junior Recruiters
Requirements :
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in US IT staffing industry handling US IT Recruitment process, managing accounts, interacting with the client and leading a team
- People with experience of working in Wipro Account will be preferred
- Good understanding of IT terminology and US staffing industry.
- Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytic skills, flexible & detail oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US IT Recruitment.
- Experience in handling full time positions
- Must have knowledge on US Tax terms like W2,1099,C2C.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships with Vendors and Clients.
- Competent in all aspects of the recruiting life-cycle.
- Should have exceptional understanding of related technologies.
- Expected experience in using Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, CareerBuilder, Yahoo, Hot jobs, LinkedIn, etc.)
