GM - Business Development/Sales-Designer Fashion Jewelry

Job Role:

1. The candidate should be at least 3 years in Fashion jewelry or fashion industry with overall experience of 6-8 years in front end retail.

2. The candidate will be responsible for execution of business strategy, sales targets and profit and loss statement.

3. The candidate will be the All India Incharge for retail locations.

4. Exposure to identifying locations across Metros for opening retail stores / shop in shop.

5. Well connected with Malls and Multi Brand Department Stores.

6. Proven Leader in Retail Business.

7. Conversant with tools of selling, promotions and marketing.

8. Training and Manpower development.

9. Meet person and location productivity norms.

10. Implementation of concept and culture.

Desired Profile:

Candidate Should be post graduate MBA with minimum 10 years of equivalent experience in which at least 3 years to be in Fashion Jewelery or Fashion Industry and at least 6-8 years of retail background.
