Vedantu - Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparation and analysis of monthly MIS

- Prepare and analyze the financials based on various BU cuts, along with variance analysis

- Drive the entire AOP process and quarterly planning process

- Review the plans vs actuals on a regular basis; in-depth analysis of variance and highlighting to stakeholders for corrective action

- Continuous tracking of key financials and business metrics, accurate reporting and circulating the same to relevant stakeholders at requisite time intervals

- Do scenario analysis and develop business plans on product enhancement or business initiatives; present top management with analysis

- Liaise with investors for discussions on key business & finance metrics, along with variance analysis

- Prepare financial information & analysis for business reviews/presentations with key highlights

- Prepare forecasts on monthly & quarterly basis for P&L and cash flow

- Assess competition information to benchmark efficiency & productivity

- Participate & Drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency

- Develop a deep understanding of business drivers and leverage that to create views for creating actionable plans

- Finance partner for corporate functions (Tech, Product, HR, Admin etc) for planning their budgets, expenses, and other key metrics

Must-Have Skills:

- 6-8yrs Exp, Chartered Accountant

- Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office

- Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
