Job responsibilities :
- Devise innovative & effective ways, both online and offline, for creating awareness for Vedantu Early Learning
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to prepare effective customer awareness plans - e.g. marketing / advertising plans, partnerships, etc.
- Create metrics / tracking mechanism to capture customer awareness and efficacy of awareness programs
- Define the yearly/quarterly/monthly targets for 'customer awareness' metrics & 'no. of customers to be onboarded'; track plan v/s actual
- Pro-actively leverage data to identify reasons for over/under achievement of targets, and modify plans accordingly
- Liaise with the technology/product team to drive & develop growth strategies for TOF
Description:
- Support & Coordination with Marketing team for Digital Marketing related to Vedantu Early Learning
- Tracking of movement on Online trends - relevant keywords, competition analysis
- Design effective consumer campaigns and strategies to increase on site visibility, CPC & CPM campaigns
- Mine data to identify key category insights & translate into category-specific strategies for performance ROAS
- Support & Co-ordinate with Brand Marketing team for developing creatives & own improvement metrics of CTR
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3/4+ years of experience in program management, category growth roles experience in launching products/categories online
- Experience in executing & designing customer journeys
- Strong analytical skills and strategic ability with problem solving mindset
- Should have successfully played a customer facing role to be able to influence stakeholders and manage expectations
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Effective at cross-functional teamwork and collaboration Product Growth Strategy(Top of the Funnel Expansion)
- Creating awareness and bringing customers
- Driving digital & brand marketing strategy
- Drive higher organic visits to VSK pages. Improve SEO for VSK pages by improving ranking of VSK for relevant keywords
- VSK channel on YT - Liasion with YT team to prepare relevant content & drive organic traffic
- Collaborate with product lead to introduce VSK engagement assets on VSK page
- Optimize & improve VSK program page performance score (improve latency & page loads) in liasion with product
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements for all product led initiatives
