Program & Process Manager - Business Excellence

Role Purpose :

The Program & Process Manager will be a part of Business Excellence and work cross functionally across Vedantu and will be responsible for program/ project managing key strategic initiatives along with owning the overall process model at Vedantu. This would include establishing governance & project planning, involving teams, stakeholders, investors and clients on assignments considered critical and to be driven by Vedantu. This role would also require the ability to mobilize resources towards the given task at hand. On the process side this person would go deep to solve to create industry best customer experience delivered through process excellence.

Responsibilities :

1. Core responsibility includes mobilization of a cross-functional team to deliver on the task at hand - from project design - definition of metrics to be moved due to the initiative, listing down the project plan and continuous monitoring of project progress in a time manner (status of milestones, goals reached, etc).

2. Capturing project health and insights into processes and frameworks that work is key. Inspecting the metrics movement/ operational efficiency and comparing financial performance against a project's ROI/ planned benefits.

3. Placing processes to ensure the right product availability that meets consumer demands.

4. Design end to end predictable and scalable process with right controls in place, work cross functionally for full process adoption and develop a feedback loop with right metrics in place

5. Work with internal and external stakeholders to benchmark performance

6. Analyze data or insights or carry out appropriate research/prototyping to determine industry and consumer trends.

7. Being the driver of business review & governance - ensuring that all key actionable and initiatives are getting documented, addressed and resolved

8. Work with all functions to drive prioritization & execution of growth and experience opportunities throughout the entire company.

9. Lead through frameworks and design based optimizations

Requirements :

1. High aptitude and hunger to work on the unknowns and solve problems.

2. Experience in driving high impact projects and programs at scale.

3. Proven experience in EdTech or Consulting & Project Management or both.

4. Strong on planning & execution monitoring skills with multi-disciplinary knowledge or experience.

5. Analytical mind - data based approach to decision making.

6. Excellent communication and people skills.

7. High speed growth mindset.

9. 5+ years of experience and a minimum of 1-2 yrs of program execution in high growth start-ups/ Consulting
