Sales Head - B2C
Description :
- Complete ownership of the overall revenue and sales cost for assisted sales channels for all BUs
- Manage large and distributed sales teams across geographies selling to different customer segments
- Work closely with the Executive Team to align on quarterly milestones and revenue targets
- Build ethical & empathetic sales team with student obsession
- Create SOPs of best practices & ensure adoption of the same at scale
- Identify clear levers of improving agent productivity to hit efficiency targets
- Use communication and collaboration tools to provide a high level of visibility and transparency around KPIs and results to executives and other teams
- Provide line management for all direct reports, complete annual reviews and conduct performance management for the sales team
- Proactively present succinct, fact and logic-based recommendations for growth & efficiency to the leadership Team
- Recruit, motivate, mentor and lead a high-caliber team to ensure execution and hold inputs in place with heavy emphasis on user experience.
Qualifications :- 12+ years of Sales experience with at least 7+ years in leadership roles in B2C companies
- Engineering degree from a premier institute is a must. MBA from Tier-1 institute is preferred
- Candidate should be heavy on Data based decision making
- Proven track record in delivering annual revenue targets
- Hands-on experience in setting up and managing Sales teams with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Experience in Tele calling sales, Sales Operations, Channel Sales, Sales IT, Insurance, Sales Training, and Marketing would be very useful
- Experience in a fast-moving, growth-oriented start-up is preferred. Needs to be flexible and adaptable as requirements
- Candidate should be an effective people manager and should be able to build a strong culture and performance led team
