Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager-Growth for CEO's office. The role will require both strategic thinking and strong execution power, with independent contribution and team management type of work. Role will report directly to the Head of Business.

This role will be responsible to drive multiple initiatives end-to-end - right from planning (research, proposal, action plan) to executing (on-ground operations) to arriving at next steps for the initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new growth opportunities through research, market / internal analysis, and customer feedback.

- Manage a category and own success metrics.

- Devise GTM strategy from scratch and implement it end to end.

- Solve for structural problems at a central level to speed up the growth of the category.

- Own different streams and analytical projects to solve for different types of business problems.

- Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute the initiative - including conducting A/B testing, analyzing data and identifying trends, developing insights, and presenting recommendations to optimize performance.

- Manage and mentor junior growth team members.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and industry thought leaders.

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate from top tier college required; MBA will be a plus.

- Minimum 3 years of experience; start-up/consulting experience will be a plus.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members

- Strong strategic thinking and structuring skills.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and performance tracking.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.

- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with full ownership.
