Job Description:

- Own the overall revenue responsibilities for demand generation and sales.

- Lead the sales team as well as the team managed through vendors to deliver M.O.M. growth by implementing the right sales strategies

- Identifying key growth levers and building right set of sales processes so as to improve inside sales team productivity levels and efficiency to drive performance matrices through right set of inputs.

- Inspire and foster a high-performing sales culture

- Collaborate with other business functions in order to develop a sales strategy for enhancing the category growth

- Generation of market and customer insights for cross functional teams for continuous improvement in product positioning and service offerings to drive customer engagement

- Recruit, motivate, mentor and lead a high-calibre team across Demand Generation and Inside Sales.

- Work closely with the Executive Team to align on quarterly milestones and revenue targets.

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase demand generation and sales

- Use communication and collaboration tools to provide a high level of visibility and transparency around KPIs and results to executives and other teams.

- Provide line management for all direct reports and complete monthly, quarterly and annual sales reviews

- Proactively present succinct, data driven and logic-based recommendations to the Executive Team.


Qualifications :

- 08 - 10 years of Sales experience in Sales preferably in Edu-tech.

- An MBA/PGDM/Grad. from the Tier-1 institute is preferred.

- Hands-on experience in setting up and managing an inside sales team

- Work Experience of Sales/revenue is a must.

- Experience in a fast-moving, growth-oriented start-up is preferred. Needs to be flexible and adaptable as requirements change.

- Should have managed large, distributed sales teams.

- Strong analytical & organizational skills & problem solving attitude.

- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
