Position: Senior Consultant

Location: Hybrid

Total experience: 6 - 8 years

Annual compensation: INR 12L - 25L (fixed) + variable (up to 10% of fixed pay)

Roles & responsibilities:

- Plan, conduct and verify market research and data analysis conducted by project team

- Plan and deliver assigned project workstreams(s) across multiple projects

- Develop/refine consulting frameworks to make analysis and recommendations more scientific

- Lead the development of internal documents and deliverables across assigned projects

- Lead internal team discussions and actively contribute ideas and observations

- Present findings and recommendations to Project Manager during internal discussions

- Present deliverables and support Project Manager successfully running client meetings

- Ensure proper, on-time, and high-quality delivery of project by managing resources

- Lead planning and management of assigned administrative responsibilities

- Mentor company juniors to improve communication, slide writing, and problem-solving skills

- Support business development activities - proposal development, BD briefs, talking points, etc.

- Lead and deliver internal capability development initiatives for firm to create business IP

Qualifications required:

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- 4+ years of prior management consulting experience

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Master's degree in business, economics, engineering or related field

- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA, etc.) are preferred

Important to note:

- Candidate must be willing to travel on-site for project delivery (Saudi Arabia and UAE)
