Sales Consultant
Project Scope:
- Go-to-market acceleration for a bathroom fitment and pipes manufacturer operating in south
- Including onboarding and ramping up new channel partners
- Increasing secondary sales in our focus states
- Working with sales leadership to drive sales agenda
- Evaluating existing channel partners and drafting ramp-up plans
Client- Bathroom fitment manufacturer
Skills Needed:
- MBA - preferably from tier-1
- Fluent in Malayalam (requires a lot of communication in vernacular), preferably Tamil also
- Experience in driving channel sales (preferred)
- Confident speaker should be able to have tough conversations with channel
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales
- Immediate joiner preferred
Deliverables/ Responsibilities:
- New channel appointment and ramp-up in Kerala market
- 40%+ sales growth over last year
- Set-up robust processes and sales governance
