Role - IT Consultant (Banking Domain)

Looking for (troubleshooting, Understanding Gen AI, can work with the vendor in defining the functional requirement and defining the functional architecture), and understanding of Indian banking system and the workflow.

Skills: CRM, GEN AI, AI,ML

- Looking in the experience range of 5-10 years

- Banking experience is Mandatory

- Need to work with Vendors and coordinate with them

- Looking immediate joiner.

- Location is in Dwaraka/ Delhi.

Recommended Experience:

- 4-5 years of experience in the industry, preferably with consulting experience in the banking sector

- Hands-on experience with bank architectures, including exposure to different applications such as CBS, CRM etc.

- Familiarity with channel applications, system integrations, and common challenges in these areas. Basic understanding of infrastructure components and cloud technologies

Job Description:

- Understanding of digital and technology architecture for an Indian retail bank, focusing on digitizing customer and employee-facing journeys

- Advisory role & understanding of design and maintenance of the bank's technology architecture, including software, middleware, databases, and integrations

- Provide input on cloud, IT infrastructure, and network requirements, including participation in cloud-related discussions, vendor SLAs, and key management services

- Evaluate new technology solutions, tools, and vendors for the digital transformation project from technology solution effectiveness

- Advisory role in devsec ops process for digital journeys development, review & recommend solves to API issues and advisory support in troubleshooting tech issues arising in SIT and UIT

- Advisory role in GenAI deployment, different models suitable for public sector banks, including best practices for implementation and integration

- Provide a comprehensive understanding of the GenAI tech stack, including types of Large Language Models (LLMs), necessary infrastructure, and tools required for successful deployment of multiple and relevant GenAI use-cases. Provide support in GenAI tech stack setup within bank by reviewing vendor integrations, cloud architecture, pre-processing, prompt engineering, fine tuning

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the bank's digital transformation efforts
