Roles & responsibilities : The opportunity : You'll be working in a team environment with professionals on a project in HRMS project - BFSI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Expertise in implementation and support in HRIS
- Expert in Post-implementation support
- Will be a part of the core team in Onboarding & implementation.
- Organizing Technical presentations, User training.
- Exploring new areas to be implemented in HRIS
- HRMS - Planning, Forecasting, Execution and showcase the technical implementation and developments
- Process research and gap analysis, risk analysis, schedule and budget planning of projects.
- Enable cross-functional communication, integration of systems and process, SOPs preparation and review.
- Business processes reengineering, coordination with Tech Team for application enhancement, and pilot test.
- Collaboration with various teams for product updation and review of various projects
- Should be Involved in Business Requirement Gathering and working with stake holders to have a clear understanding of the current situation (AS-IS) and setting expectations for Future (TO-BE).
- Present technical knowledge of our system or vendor tools to our Business Partners.
You must have :
- A bachelor's/PG degree from the premium institute with minimum 2 years of related work experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting internal and external relationships.
- Must be willing and able to travel.
