About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Director or Senior Director level Management Consultant to work with our client - a well known global management consulting firm - on a contract-to-hire basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in conducting a due diligence assignment in FMCG sector.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and contribute to all aspects of the due diligence process, including financial analysis, market assessment, operational review, and strategic evaluation.

- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of the assignment.

- Develop comprehensive and insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

- Identify potential risks and opportunities for the client and develop mitigation strategies.

- Provide strategic guidance and support to the client throughout the due diligence process.

Qualifications:

- MBA from Tier 1 management schools

- Proven track record of success in management consulting with a minimum of 8-12 years of experience.

- Deep industry knowledge and expertise in the FMCG sector.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex problems and develop effective solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.

- Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Contract Details:

- Initial contract duration of 1-2 months for the FMCG due diligence assignment.

- Potential for a full-time position with client upon successful completion of the contract, subject to performance evaluation.
