CRM Consultant - Contractual Role


The ideal consultant will have the following experience:

- Prior experience in delivering highly successful and innovative technology products

- Experience in end-to-end ownership of the CRM implementation (full lifecycle from ideation to adoption) with complete accountability

- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar

- Strong understanding of CRM functionalities, particularly in Marketing Management and Customer Service modules.

- Experience with CRM customization, configuration, and integration with other systems

- Knowledge of data management, analytics, and reporting tools.

Relevant previous work in following areas:

- CRM Strategy and Vision: Continually assess the requirement of client, competitive landscape, opportunities and challenges in defining and evolving the implementation strategy

- Roadmap Planning: Ensure consistent execution of implementation lifecycle processes from design to go live. Provide value-based prioritization of development initiatives.

- Program manage CRM implementation: Create and drive program management trackers to drive technical development and integrations along with bank and vendor team

- Product Roll-out: Create and execute go-to-market plans for CRM modules. Monitor key performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Partner closely with the cross functional teams to drive adoption

Key skills and experience needed:

Basic Criteria and skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM implementation and management.

- 4-5 years experience in CRM implementation preferably within the banking or financial services sector

- Proven track record of successfully delivering CRM projects in a corporate environment.

- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.

- Candidates with technical experience of digital channels integration, cloud implementation and DevSecOps preferred

- Good communication & client management skills

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
