About the Project:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contractual Management Consultant to play a critical role in the business transformation of a leading paints company. This project will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy across multiple areas, including:
1. Product Portfolio: Refining the product portfolio to meet evolving customer needs and market trends.
2. Channel Transformation: Optimizing distribution channels to improve market reach and efficiency.
3. Supply Chain Streamlining: Enhancing the supply chain for cost-effectiveness and responsiveness.
4. Value Proposition Development: Creating a compelling value proposition that resonates with customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives.
2. Perform in-depth analysis of the existing business model, competition, and market dynamics.
3. Develop and refine strategic recommendations across the specified areas of focus.
4. Support project execution by collaborating with various internal and external teams.
5. Manage contractual aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Track project progress and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in the paints industry, ideally with a top-tier player (e.g., Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac, Dulux).
2. Proven track record of success in strategy development and execution.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
5. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Experience managing contractual aspects of complex projects is highly desirable.

Start Date:
15th January 2024
Location: Gurgaon (on-site), with occasional travel to markets
Engagement: Full-time, contractual arrangement with 12 months period
