Vedak - Consultant - Contractual Role

Position: Consultant

Location: Hybrid

Total experience: 4 - 6 years

Annual compensation: INR 8L - 12L (fixed) + variable (up to 10% of fixed pay)

Roles & responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to generate actionable insights

- Develop internal documents and project deliverables under assigned project workstream(s)

- Participate in internal team discussions and contribute ideas and observations

- Present findings and recommendations to Project Manager during internal discussions

- Participate in client meetings and present deliverables under assigned workstreams

- Take ownership of project management, ensuring full adherence to project milestones

- Lead planning and management of assigned administrative responsibilities

- Mentor Associates and Senior Associates, and provide feedback for improvement

- Review all research and analysis activities undertaken by Associates and Senior Associates

- Lead internal capability development initiatives for firm to create business IP

Qualifications required:

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- 2+ years of management consulting experience

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Master's degree in business, economics, engineering or related field

- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA, etc.) are preferred

Important to note:

- Candidate must be willing to travel on-site for project delivery (Saudi Arabia and UAE)
