- Looking for a candidate having Min 8-10 yrs of relevant experience preferably in Commercial Vehicle, Tyre, Lubricants, Tractor Industry
- Key Responsibilities :
1. Effective management of direct Sales team to achieve desired Sales Volumes
2. Lead the team from front in Strategic & Bulk deals
3. Relationship building with all Key & Strategic Customers in the market and with other critical stakeholders in CV industry like Body Builders, Financers, major garage owners, etc.
4. Comprehensive market mapping.
5. Develop market intelligence to understand emerging market trends and new opportunities.
6. Deploy effective market development plans/strategies.
7. Forecast demand and manage effectively vehicle indenting/stocking.
8. Ensure sales team is well trained and always up to date on new products / offerings.
9. Work and interface effectively with the channel management teams for all the support required from the organization.
