Job Summary:
Vecmocon Technologies Pvt Ltd, a tech-driven organization manufacturing smart and intelligent components to empower the electrification of mobility in India, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will lead and manage all marketing initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches, advertising, and campaigns align with the company's overall strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing management and a proven track record of building brand equity and driving business growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to build brand equity and support business objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, to promote the brand and its products.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product launches and sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Create and manage content for various platforms, including website, social media, video, and podcasts.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and business intelligence reports.
- Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-8years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the technology, automotive, or electric vehicle industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with market research, product and pricing strategies, and advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools and techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
- Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
- Understanding of content marketing strategies and techniques
