Planning, Budgeting, Design, Execution, Monitoring etc. - Construction managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of a construction projects - Understanding of all Civil Equipment, Components, Machineries being used in Project Erection, Installation &amp; Commissioning stage. - Accountable for Timely Execution &amp; Completion of allotted Project. - Take responsibility for Site Progress &amp; to comply Site requirement considering Scheduled &amp; Supply Plan. - Manage team of Engineers &amp; Supervisors working down the line as per organogram. - Responsible for plant expansion projects including Civil works &amp; Equipment - Capacity augmentation/ enhancement - Conduct technical audits of all project site to ensure quality of the jobs - Analysis of structure (manually as well as different softwares). - Design of building structures of different materials (Steel, Wood, Masonry, RCC and Cold form) keeping in mind the safety and economy. - Detail drawing production, Specification editing, Shop drawing reviews. - Proficiency in rehabilitation, oil &amp; gas, solar, energy civil projects - Management Reporting / MIS Desired Candidate: Leadership, Negotiation, Analytical, Good Communication &amp; Interpersonal Skills, Collaborative Website - http://vcsquality.com/
