Manager - Social Marketing
Job Profile :
- Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
- Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisations brand and social media strategy
- Scheduling social media posts using recommended applications
- Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
- Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews
- Interacting with customers and dealing with customers inquiries
- Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
- Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts
- Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns
- Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
Desired Profile :
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 5 to 10 years' experience in social media management
- Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
- Knowledge of social media advertising platform is required
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
