Urgent openings for OR Analyst/ Sr.OR Analyst(Contract to Hire)@Bangalore (4-15 yrs)

We have an opportunity for OR Analyst/ Sr. OR Analyst with one of the top notch company at Bangalore.

SR. OR ANALYST :

MINIMUM :

- Must have 6+ years of experience in Operations Research field developing and implementing models

- Should have experience in requirements elicitation with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, formulate solution and lead delivery of the developed OR solutions.

- Should have able to lead a team of OR analysts, guide and mentor them.

- Proven ability to identify and solve business problems using OR modelling

- Should be able to tackle problems in a broad spectrum of areas including Capacity Planning, Resource Optimization, Scheduling and Rostering.

- Candidate should be able to understand business requirements and formulate appropriate math models such as Linear Programming Model (LP), as Integer Programming Model (IP), Mixed Integer Linear Programming Model (MILP). Should be able to develop solution techniques to solve them efficiently.

- Should be proficient in Math Solvers, Heuristic Techniques and Hybrid Approaches.

- Strong foundation in the Operations Research with a Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related fields with focus on Operations Research

- Hands-on experience using IBM ILOG Optimization Studio (OPL), Gurobi or any other math solvers is a must.

PREFERRED :

- Experience in using Cplex or Gurobi API's

- Exposure to high-level programming languages such as C++, Java or Python to be able to contribute to the development of pre- and post- processing modules.

- Aviation and airline operations domain experience

- Experience in building and deploying large-scale math models

OR ANALYST :

- Must have 2+ years of experience in Operations Research field developing and implementing models
